I ordered two sterling picture frames from Western Silver in November and still have not received the items ordered or any correspondence from them as to why.I've emailed the company approximately 15 times without receiving any response except an automated reply.

In November there was an 800 number listed on the website but the number has been removed.

I had previously ordered from this company with no problems so not sure what has happened but given my current situation I will never order from Western Silver again and I am trying to get a refund.This is the first time I have had any problem with ordering items online.
